About Pastor Rick
Rick Thompson is president of Global Action and has been Senior Pastor of Council Road Baptist Church in Bethany, Oklahoma, since 2003. He has dedicated his career to the study and teaching of the Bible. He has earned a BBA degree from Baylor University, and MDIV degree from Southwestern Seminary, and a DMIN degree from Midwestern Seminary. He has led over a dozen trips to the Holy Land and teaches biblical foundations courses all over the world. He and his wife, Teri, have two children, Taylor and wife, Ailee, and daughter Tallie, and her husband Mikal. They have five grandchildren: Indiana, Fleetwood, Snow, Torin and Farah.
